The Wilmington Street Food Festival is BACK and taking over the Delaware Riverfront on Saturday, May 16th!
The Wilmington Street Food Festival is coming to the Delaware Riverfront on Saturday, May 16th, 2026! This spectacular event will feature the Wilmington area’s best restaurants & food trucks! Food items will be priced at $5 or less for guests to sample as many vendors as possible! Come for the food, stay for the fun as there will be tons of live entertainment, general vendors, free shuttle buses (for parking), axe throwing, mechanical bull riding, free hard seltzer sampling (VIP exclusive), crazy eating challenges, family-friendly activities, break dancing demonstration, kids fun zone & more!
Proceeds to support the Trauma Survivors Foundation. The Trauma Survivors Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that seeks to improve the lives of children and families who have experienced a traumatic event by providing mental health services through a network of trained trauma therapists.

TICKET VOUCHER SYSTEM & BEVERAGES: All food items will work on a voucher system with vouchers sold in sheets of 5 for $5. There will be various voucher stations throughout the festival & all vouchers will be used as cash at participating restaurants & food trucks with ALL food items priced at $5 or less. Drink vouchers can be redeemed for Beer, Wine, Seltzers, Mixed Drinks, Soda & Water and then purchased at participating bars on a normal cash system. This is a CASH ONLY event and we will have Multiple ATMs on site but we strongly encourage you to plan accordingly to avoid fees.
KIDS TICKETS: This event will be fun for the whole family & children 10 & under are FREE with a parent or guardian!
FREE PARKING: Free Parking for the shuttle bus service will be located at the Riverfront Commuter Lot K: https://riverfrontwilm.com/parking/. The free shuttle buses will run from 11:30AM until 7:15PM every 15 mins. There will be handicap-accessible parking spots at the Rosa Parks Garage but you must enter through French Street as Rosa Parks Drive will be closed for the festival.

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY: All tickets purchased for the Wilmington Street Food Festival are non-refundable and final. This policy applies to all ticket sales, covering a wide range of scenarios, including but not limited to:
Compliance with State or Local Ordinances
Acts of God (e.g., earthquakes, floods, or other natural disasters
Dangerous Weather Conditions (e.g., high winds, thunderstorms, extreme rain/heat, etc.)
In the event of a festival postponement due to any of the circumstances mentioned above, all tickets purchased will remain valid and automatically transferred to a future postponement date.

We need help with setup (day before as well as the morning prior to the event) as well as assistance checking guests in at the gates. The ideal volunteer is outgoing, fun, and is a team-player. You will gain access into the event after your shift as well as food vouchers and a free drink ticket.

Drink vouchers can be redeemed for Beer, Wine, Seltzers, Mixed Drinks, Soda & Water and then purchased at participating bars on a normal cash/credit system. Multiple ATMs will be on site & strongly encourage cash sales at voucher stations.
Are pets allowed?
As much as we love our animals, this festival will only be open to service animals.
